My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of:ga
My Daughter Was Charged with a Tint Viotation in Friends Car, and Have to Pay 660 dollars and 6 months Probate. i dont think this is right what can i do?My question involves traffic court in the State of:

The driver is responsible for the condition of the car they are driving. Did she go to court yet?

Per OCGA 40-8-73.1, Georgia classifies the use of an unlawful window tint as a misdemeanor.

If she chose to plead guilty, there's probably not much you can do at this point. If the charge is pending she can try to plea bargain or argue that she lacked criminal intent; for that I suggest that she get help from a lawyer.
