Default Grabbing Money Out of Somebody's Bra

My question involves civil rights in the State of: New Jersey

If a girl takes your money and you SEE her put it directly into her braw and then she REFUSES to give it back to you while laughing and she tries leaving with it in her braw IS it okay to reach into her braw and take it back?? A girl I know did this to me and I wasn't sure what I was able to do so she left with it in her braw. :-/

Mixing sexual battery with strong armed robbery? Bad idea. Call the police instead.

first, it is a bra which is short for brassiere, the true name of the clothing item. Braw is actually a real word that refers to being dressed in a fine or splendid manner.

anyway; as indybail stated, call the police. Grabbing at a woman's chest is likely to get you several things:

slapped or hit but in some neighborhoods, shot

charged with sexual battery which is a jailable offense.

the argument that she put your money in her bra is not going to be a valid defense if she claims you did anything other than take the money while you were in the, well, let's say, the "neighborhood".
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.
