Chapter 7 and Judgments

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Pennsylvania

I have a recorded judgement against me recorded from Discover Card for $10,000+ from 2008.

My question is if I file Chapter 7 what happens to the judgement?

Will I ever have to pay the money if I sell my home in the future if it is discharged?

If the judgement is only good for 5 years, what are the chances they will renew it?

The credit card is in my name only but the house is in both myself and my wife's name.

A judgment for credit card debt should be dischargeable.

You will have to ask the judgment creditor how often they renew judgments.

I cannot predict what the creditor will do in the future to collect the money you owe, assuming that the debt is not discharged.
