Owner of Property and City Fighting Over Tenant

My question involves real estate located in the State of:california


about 4 years ago . my idiot brother,n law: at this time i have no affiliation with.
commited a crime: agenst city hall(threttening to plant explosives) well they took it real seriously.

arrested him that same day, & i had no idea he did this till 3 days later. when he was released.
he got tried & sentenced to 3 years probation. & community service. tat was in 2008. here it is2012.
still on probation due to not doing what he was told.

heres where i am now. he,s living in a trailer beside my house.(my fathers house really)anyhoo. since that incident the city was has and always been harrasing us. but becouse of the probation theres no way that i know of to make him leave. but the city is threttening to take me/my father(who is elderly& old) to court over this.

but here is my prediciment. he won,t leave( acting stupid & thinks laws don,t apply.) but the city wants him & the trailer he lives in. TO BE GONE BY NEXT WEEK. period. NO EXCEPTIONS.




so i did 3 things so far.

1: called probation office : didn,t work , no answer. & never replied back to my calls.

2: called police , to get him out, : since there was no apprent violations. released him.

3: reported to city & well, what they said it get rid of him.



at the moment. im not sure what else to do.
tried to get legal advice , so far they all want money:

any ideas.

Being on probation does not exempt you or the owner of the land you live on from zoning ordinances.

Exactly what are you trying to do at this point.

the city says he has to go, probation says no. police dept says ???????
i think the watch commander gave him 2 weeks. but my court date is friday.(at least that is what the code enforcement supervisor said.

so far i havent receved a suppenith yet. it.ll probobuly come in my fathers name ( he,s 80) this could kill him.

i,ve tried to prevent this event to go to court.

at this point the city has not served any documents, ( just voiced the options & the code enforcement officer haS been verry open in this matter but his boss is one who says : no negotiations. its been too long & should have been done 4 years ago . immedieatly. im guessing they on,t want a person who messed with
the officials belong in the city. & are retaliating.

i want to end thid peacefully , quickly,& without legal reprictshions.

as far im concerned. the moment the city is happy( he,s gone for good) the sooner i can get back to my primary life.

working , fixing up my home, & living in peace.

up till feburary i was working. & would like to return to work .

HE has to go or the trailer has to go?

basically, if he won;t leave willingly, you (dad) has to evict him through the courts. Once he is gone you can make the trailer go away.

well probation dept won,t do a thing: its not their problem.
the clock is ticking.

he,s just hiding.
checked out eviction: will take 30 days for anything to get done. & another 10 days to go to court.
+ money we don,t have.

i need more time to do this, but the city is impatient.
it,s been way to long as it is. they wanted it done yesterday.
