it's up to the judge
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.
Shut up and get a lawyer. These are serious charges. It is largely up to the judge. There are guidelines for when consecutive sentences are appropriate. Please talk to NO ONE but a lawyer on this and stop screwing around with minors.

Whether to charge you concurrently or consecutively is up to the judge to decide. It can go either way, but typically it's the former. You need to definitely talk to an attorney about your problem though, these charges aren't something to play around with.
