    Default Failure to Inform Probation Officer of Marriage

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: mi
    will i get in trouble if i get married and not inform my PO, about it while on this delyed sentnce

    Possibly. What do your probation conditions say? Why would you risk not telling your PO anyhow. I've never seen a condition requiring permission to marry (as long as you're not on some sort of no contact order with your fiancé). However, moving or going on your honeymoon will probably violate some terms so you'd best be outright with it anyhow.
