Re: Failure to Pay Fees and Assessments While on DWAI Probation
It is actually pretty unlikely that Colorado is going to expend the effort and expense to extradite you from Texas. However, since you obviously have zero regard for the law or the consequences of your actions, I'm sure it won't matter..I'm sure that you will find your way into a gray-bar hotel no matter what state you are in! Judging by your post, that whole "education" thing isn't having much effect on you either.
Besides the possibility of extradition and jail time back in CO, there are many other ways that your complete lack of responsibility will haunt you. No ability to get a driver's license (as Ron already mentioned), as well as that whole outstanding arrest warrant and fugitive from justice record popping up during every routine background check for a job, school admission, rental application, etc...not to mention every contact you ever have with law enforcement.

I never had the time or moneyto fulfill my probationary duties
Well, at the rate you are going, get used to not having money...minimum wage jobs with employers who don't concern themselves with the backgrounds of their labor force will be the only legitimate means of support you are going to get. Time, on the other hand, I suspect you will get in plenty...time to walk around the yard, time to pump weights with a bunch of other tattooed losers, time to contemplate the cracks in the walls of your cell, time to "find God" to impress your parole board, etc.

Im by myself im young and dont know what to do.
Just a suggestion, but what would I suggest you do is: A. Grow up, B. Get in touch with your PO and work your ass off to get into compliance with the conditions of your probation as your first priority in your life (and that now probably means spending some time in jail), C. Learn that YOU are responsible for yourself and the consequences of your actions, and, D. Once you have climbed out of the hole you have dug for yourself, get your $h*t together and stay out of further trouble.
