1. there was no work where we were living and I had a guaranteed job where I moved too, which where I grew up. 2. he put our home up for sale, and when we got bites for it, he sold it and wanted all the money. not to mention he and the kids already had plane tickets to come where I was working and we were going to live where I am at right now all together. 3. he said him and our two kids would come join me and our youngest daughter after he got his drivers license renewed. 4. He changed his mind on moving out here with me and our youngest daughter because he got another woman pregnant that would pay for everything he wanted. I do not mind paying 50/50 on everything for our children, that is not the issue with me and if he wanted to pay for her to come to FL I would accept that and bring her, even though I do not fully trust him, I would not deny him to see his daughter. My thing is that he wants everything, money, children, and for me to pay everything so I will give in to him and move back to FL, so he can once again control everything I do and see, for him this has nothing to do with our children this is all about what he wants. If I were to somehow move back to FL, even if it being in another town, he would pick up and move to that same town and slowly try to make his way back in my home, I would have all the kids yes a very big plus, but I would also not have the support I will need and have where I am at now. He would just drop the kids off with me regardless if I have to work or not and I would have to figure out babysitters and all just so I can continue to work, he has done it before.

Just wait to get into court and address all this in the court. That is the only people whose opinions really matter.
