Discovery Time Limit

My question involves traffic court in the State of: WASHINGTON GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY

HOW MANY DAYS DOES THE OFFICER HAVE TO TURN IN HIS/HER DISCOVERY INFO?

In a word -- FOREVER. There's no requirement for an officer to turn in ANY statement. Of course, the officer would have to show up in person to testify at your hearing. Did you return your citation requesting a contested hearing? Did you request discovery?

Just got the ticket on 06/06/12 sent it in today contested
i no last time the judge tossed it out due the the officer not turning in his/her discovery in time. I thought they had 5 or 14 days to have it in and dated
