Cosigner's Legal Rights

My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: consigners

Hi,
I am 25. I bought a rav4 brand new in 2008. Since i had no line of credit, my mom was the cosigner. She never paid for anything. I always paid the car payments, license, tags, registration, and insurance. She always say she can sell the car because she co signed and that I have to listen to what she says..
I am at the point where she is talking about selling my car.
Does she have that right to sell my car even though she never paid a cent on the car?
I never was late, i was always on time etc.
I just wanted to know my legal rights. I live in Arizona, same as my mother in Arizona. Im deaf, so reply to my post please.

Who is actually on the title of the vehicle?

If both of you are on the title as co-owners, then both of you have to sign the title to sell it.

If it's titled "Name and Name", as opposed to "Name or Name".
