Default Required Notice to Terminate a Contract

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: California

The wording in the contract states "either party may terminate this agreement at no less than
60 days prior to expiration after giving notice of such termination in writing to the other party"

This would mean I could terminated the contract any time prior to 60 days before expiration correct?

    Thanks

If it says "either party may terminate this agreement at no less than 60 days prior to expiration after giving notice of such termination in writing to the other party" then up to the deadline of "60 days prior to expiration" you can give "notice of such termination in writing to the other party".
