My question involves a speeding ticket from the state of: California

Sorry I already started a thread last week but I am not sure if people are following it.

I called the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works and asked about the survey on the road I got stopped on and they said it expired a year ago, but they will email it to me within the next day or two, the PDF form.

I extended the appearance date. So what can I do now? I will request for the TBD. Will this help in my case?

The only thing he wrote on my ticket other than the CVC is the word speed. There is no note of how much traffic there were, there was not any of my recollection.
