Removal of Violations from a Criminal Record

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Missouri

Hi I'm new, my name is James and I need a job. I have a drug paraphernalia charge from summer 2009, that I would like to get removed. I am also unaware if driving while suspended or no insurance tickets even show up on background checks for employment. I need anything that shows up to be removed in some form or fashion. Could someone please help me with this? Thank you very much and have a blessed day.

You don't get to remove traffic offenses from your driving record.

Was your drug paraphernalia charge prosecuted in juvenile court? Because if not, based on what you've told us so far I don't see a path to expungement. See RSMo Sec. 610.122,

choose your state, category of your charge (felony, misdemeanor A/B/C etc), and look for expunction of criminal records. I hope that helps the first part of your question.
