Mentally Disabled Adult Under My Guardianship and State Has Temporary Custody

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Connecticut
If I have full guardianship of my son by court and the state has gained temporary custody of my son because of reasons that more care was needed outside of the home and has been put in a respite who is a 22year old disabled adult do I still have right to see and talk to my son and know about his whereabouts and if any medication were used on him?
