Exclamation Can I Use Someone Else's Photograph of My Architecture Work

I want to use an image on my website; a small website showcasing my architecture work.

The image is a professional photograph of my architecture work.

Also, I do not want to use the whole photo, just a portion of it; about 1/3.

Could I get in trouble for using the photo even though it is of my work?

    Thank you!

Default Re: Copyright Photograph of My Architecture Work

Yes, the photograph is the copyrighted work of the photographer EVEN if it's one of your buildings that is the subject.
