Juvenile Court Records and Fingerprints

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: I am 21 years years old and a little more than eight years ago i was intially charged with assault 4. I was offered and took a diversion program in which i completeted in time. I plan on applying for a federal job and I am not sure what to say or do? I am not sure if i was fingerprinted. How do i find out if i was fingerprinted and if so will my fingerprints show that i have had a diversion?

You would tell the truth in relation to whatever questions you are asked.

In terms of fingerprints, you can see what you can find out from the arresting agency.

As you were told when you posted, laws vary by state.

I'm trying to get into the military, but if my fingerprints show up in the F.B.I data base than that' the end of it. Is there anyway that my fingerprints for this diversion can be removed from local and federal databases, in the state of Washington?
