My question involves court procedures for the state of: TX
So here is the deal. I am about to file a suit in small claims court for gold jewelry that my ex is holding and that jewelry belongs to my mom. I understand that there is a form that my mom needs to sign to claim that jewelry does not belong to the person possessing it. I am trying to find out, how to go about proving in the court that jewelry is actually my mom's and NOT hers? Besides photos, receipt and written testimonies of witnesses, what else can be done ? Does she has to fill out a legal form establishing ownership of that jewelry? or claiming that her? Any legal document that will support my claim in the court....
Thanks
