Default Obtaining a Visa After Unlawful Entry as a Child Continuing Past Age 18

I entered the US as a tourist when I was 5 years old and left voluntarily on my 18 years and 151 days. I left before the 18 years and 180 days. I heard I wouldnt face a 3 year penalty. I currently live in Mexico city and I study in a prestigious school, I also work for a prestigious dance company. I make 20,000 pesos monthly and I'm only 20 (good money) my mom and sister live here now and mom. My father who lived in US is petitioned by my US citizen uncle and he's in the process of a green card.

If I want a tourist visa just to visit my old friends (I mean, I lived almost all my life in USA, what are my chances of having a tourist visa approved?!

Also if I went on tour with the company would it be easier to get a work visa? Thanks in advance

No one here can give you a definite answer. The consulate may overlook your overstay, since you squeaked in just under the bar, or may decide that you're inadmissible based on your overstay. You may need to apply for a waiver of inadmissibility.

Maybe. You'd again have your previous overstay to contend with. You'd do well to consult with an immigration attorney.
