Pradaxa Injury Lawsuits

I recently sent an email asking for a case review after my grandfather's condition became almost critical. He was prescribed pradaxa, an anticoagulant drug for his heart problems. It is supposed to prevent the formations of blood clots by acting as a blood thinner. Unfortunately what it did was to make my grandfather highly vulnerable to even the smallest injury, since that can lead severe bleeding.
Has anyone else been through such a lawsuit?
