My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Arizona
My wife was injured in an auto accident. Both parties have insurance. Through arbitration it was ruled that the other party was 80% at fault. My wife had to have an anterior cervical discectomy and after 6 months is still in pain and has reduced mobility in her neck. Her medical bills are over 125K...fortunately she only has to pay about 5K of that.
My question is....how does she recover her out of pocket costs and any damages due to the accident. We have not hired an attorney yet in this matter.
Regards,
-Todd
