Speed Trap Defense, VC 22349 vs 22350

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: CALIFORNIA
I was cited for a speeding ticket going 26 mph but was lucky enough to be charged with a 22350. I am planning on using as in depth of the classic speed trap defense because there are possible loopholes I can see to use, but my question is this: I have read that the speed trap defense is not apllicable to a 22349 which I was technically guilty of (allegedly) , so even though i was formally charged with a 22350, does the fact that I was clocked at 26 over prohibit me from using the speed trap defense?

And your question makes no sense whatsoever. Your speed has nothing to do with what a speed trap defense can apply to!

Yeah my phone was gliching and wouldn't let me reply to myself in the other one. The radar clocked me at 71mph so that's over the max speed law of CA of 65mph and thus negating any need for a prima facie speed limit
