Default Can a Prenup Protect Separate Assets from the "Necessaries" (Medical Care) Exception

My question involves marriage law for the State of: California, Family Code 914. My fiance no longer has medical insurance. I understand that my separate assets will be at risk if we marry and he incurs medical bills he cannot afford to pay. Can a prenup protect my separate assets from the "necessaries" exception of Family Code 914?

Sec. 914 of the Family Code creates personal liability, so when it applies to you it applies to all of your non-exempt assets.
