My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio
I have recieved two DUI's at one time when I was 19. I did take a breath test, I'm not sure if that matters but this happened in 2004. So how long does it take to come off your record.

You're asking if your criminal record will magically disappear at some point in the future? No, it won't.
Ohio does not permit the expungement of DUI / OVI charges.
So how long does it take to come off your record.
It doesn't. They are there forever. It's not like your credit record when things fall off the bottom at the end of seven years. Those charges will be there till you die, and even after.
