Harrassment from Ex Coworker

My question involves labor and employment law in the state of Colorado. An ex coworker obtained my phone number and email address from my ex-employer and she has been giving out my information to any spammer she can. I've been getting random chat room texts and a lot of provocative emails. She dated my brother while we worked together and started stirring up trouble with me when they broke up. Soon after quitting I started getting the emails and text messages. I never gave her my info and know she obtained it from the employer database. I would like to know how to make it stop, I've already contacted the company regarding the issue and have changed my number.

Well I had only given that email specifically to the employer to receive my schedule via email, as we all did. My boss sent the schedule to everyone in a mass email rather than individually. After quitting to avoid her and other things she had done to me, I started getting provocative emails and random chat room texts. She had access to all employees info in the database and admitted to the managers of giving out my info after I called and made a complaint. She was only written up for it but I'd like to contact someone about the harassment because it hasn't stopped. I'm not trying to sue her or do anything major. I would just like to know what action I can take to make it stop because enough is enough.
