How Much Would a Privacy Policy Cost

My question involves business law in the state of: Washington
Hi,
I'm starting a online company and I need a privacy policy, how much would one be? Would I also have to go directly to a Lawyer or could I get one online? Also, it would have to include COPPA, like how the information is stored as this is for 13+ or you would need parent approval. So I have no clue really even where to start on this, any help would be great!

If you retain a lawyer to do something for you, you can negotiate fees at that time. No two companies are identical, some needs are more complex than others, and different lawyers charge different fees.
