My question involves child support in the State of: Texas
My hsbnds ex girlfriend wants to file child support on him their both ilegal and unemployed the child is a us citizen. They had an agreement of him providing diapers n other small stuff n he gets to see him but now she thinks i hare her (which is not true) n now she wants to file child support what kan we do??? We dont wanna give her money we prefer to buy the child things or us to keep him because we dont trust shell use the money for their son. A lil info me n my hsbn r legally married n have a daghter. His gf n him were only together for about 3 months n she has another child of another guy. Can we use this against her in vourt for custody of the child or how much money will they make my hsbnd pay if hes unemployed???

Neither her immigration status nor her having another child will change anything; Texas uses a straight percentage of the other parent's income, so for one child it would be 20%.

Dad isn't getting custody based on what you've said here. The courts will see through him VERY quickly.
