My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: Arizona
I work in a field where I will always have a background check. I found out a few days ago that I have a warrant out in a state far far away. I did not know about it and am pretty shocked. When they do a criminal background check I am assuming it will be seen, right?
Another thing, I need apply for foodstamps (since I am obviously not working) does any one know if they do a criminal background check? as I do have to mention the other state on the form, and they ask about fleeing from the law and things like that.
The big thing I am worried about, if they do these checks, will the other state some how get my name and and address. Would I be arrested here for it? Can any thing other than a "no job for you, you piece of scum" come out of getting a background check.
any one know?
they need a crying emocon...
