Subpoena Issued with Wrong First Name

My question involves police conduct in the State of: PA

I was served with a subpoena supposedly for me but the name on the subpoena is that of my deceased older brother. Do I have to show up for this hearing? I was subpoena as a witness .

If you don't obey a subpoena you can be held in contempt of court. I have no access to the subpoena and none of the background facts, so I'm not going to tell you not to obey the subpoena. Run it past a lawyer in your state.
