My question involves restraining orders in the State of: CA
Restraining order was granted about 4 years ago (ex threatened my life, lied to judge, I played phone recording and it was granted), and expired late 2011. Prior to expiration, my ex moved and did not communicate that she was moving or where she was moving with our daughter. The order states that she was to notify me if she moves. Can I enforce contempt or do something about her violating the order?
She maintains that she did not move prior to the order and is prepared to (again) lie to the judge if I bring this up, but I think can subpoena records from her landlord that she did. Is this accurate?
proof: DCFS internal records showing June investigation where they went to her new address.
Lastly, everything was peaceful up until the order expired in Q3 of 2011. After this I began getting threatening phone calls from blocked numbers and she began to no longer cooperate with co-parenting our daughter despite having 50/50 custody (enrolled her in a school before communicating with me, doing all sorts of medical procedure such as tooth surgery before notifying me, lots of vaccinations before checking with me to make sure minor was not getting double dose etc). Is it possible to renew the restraining order because of this?
