Early Federal Release and Expungement

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Philadelphia Federal Courts

I was convicted July1, 2009 and was sentenced to 5 years probation and I do have a restitution that the entire party involved is paying on. (No is it not paid off nor will it be when we are scheduled to get off probation) I am trying to find out what are the chances of me getting off probation early? Is this something that is usually hard to achieve?

And as far as the expungement goes how long do you have to be convicted in order to apply for the federal expungement?

When a judge sentences a defendant to five years probation, its normally with the expectation that the defendant will complete the entire sentence. If you believe you may be eligible for an early discharge from probation, talk to your probation officer. The only thing you've told us is that you haven't yet paid off your restitution - which obviously isn't something that works in your favor.

Expungement is rarely available for federal convictions. You've not indicated that the statute under which you were convicted has been held unconstitutional, that the conviction has been set aside due to government misconduct, or that your conviction is for simple possession of a controlled substance while you were below the age of 21, so most likely you're ineligible.
