My question involves estate planning in the state of: Georgia
My uncle and aunt are retired living comfortably in Georgia. All funds and bank accounts are in my uncle's name only with POD to my aunt.My uncle checks with
each institution regularly to make sure POD are still valid.
The only other (2) assets owned are a house and car. Both of these are titled to both uncle and aunt.
There are children on my uncle's side from a previous marriage.
In this case, is a will necessary?
Thanks
Harry
