Can a Minor Get a Restraining Order Lifted if Pregnant By the Restrained Person

I live in the state of georgia. I'm only 17 years old. My boyfriend got arrested for helping me runaway awhile back. The court put a order against him to not talk to me. The court did not know I was pregnant. Can his order be taken away once they find out I'm pregnant?

If anything, that might just guarantee that it WON'T be lifted.

From a legal point of view, he's obviously not looking at what's best for you - the court could easily see it as you needing MORE protection, not less.
