    Default Can I Change My Son's Last Name to My Husband's Last Name

    My question involves name change laws in the State of: Mississippi
    I do not know who my 2yr old sons father is. I got married and my son thinks of my husband as his father. My son has my maiden name, how do i go about getting his last name changed? Please help!

    You have no idea who the child's father is? Really? None what-so-ever?
