    Question Proving False Address

My question involves criminal law for the state of: TX

We have a very complicated issue going on in my family with the ex-husband of my sister-in-law. I have volunteered to help my SiL investigate some of these items in my spare time. One of the issues is that the ex is on probation for a felony drug dealing charge. Part of his probation states he must live in the same county. We know he's not (the kids know where he lives during visitation) and he's told his ex (my SiL) where he lives. How does one prove residence that would resonate with their probation officer???

    Thx...

Disregard, I just spoke to the probation officer and they don't care that he's living outside of his boundaries...as she said "it's not that big of a deal"....this system is AWESOME! NOT

If you check this, maybe, it did matter. Maybe they will follow up. Considering who you are in this whole thing, maybe it was not something that I'd give you the satisfaction of hearing that I am going to follow up with. His case is none of your concern. I'll take your information and I'll follow up on it. But, I'll never tell you that I did.

You probably accomplished your goal and you don't even know it.

Good point Viol8te....however it doesn't appear to have helped. This week he intentionally opened his car door in to my sister-in-laws, causing a police-report to be created, then he slashed one of her tires the next night, again causing a police report to be created. Then he proceeded to call her cell phone company, used her information, and had all of her settings, including un-blocking his phone number from calling her and her sons phone. The dude is out of control...
