Am I Still Convicted

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Georgia, Gwinnett county

I was accused of shoplifting and when i went to court they offered me a pre-trial diversion. In order for me to plea a pre-trial diversion i would have been convicted of guilty. After three months i was finished with my pre-trial diversion and my case was dismissed and i just sent in my papers to get it expunged. The process of getting my criminal record expunged have not been processed yet, but since my case was dismissed after i completed my probation am i convicted of the crime? i was asking this because i was applying for jobs.
