Tennessee Small Farmer and Agriculture Grants

My question involves child support in the State of: Tennessee, and my question is are agriculture federal grants included in child support income?

I should've been more specific. My question is about cattle genetics grants, and building of hay barn, which were programs offered by the TAEP.
