My question involves marriage law for the State of: North Carolina
I have been married 16yrs and we have been together for 20yrs. We have 3 children. Within the past couple months, I have noticed my wife is constantly on the phone. Our last big fight was caused by her being on the phone in her car at 2am. She would not tell me who she was talking to and I do not have access to her cell phone bills to find out. Since that night, she has said she has become cold inside. She has not ceased her phone conversations and is on the phone privately, usually outside, everynight till 2am. I believe it is a person in Texas she is talking to. He is in the military and soon to be retired.
I am wondering, what course of action can I take? I love my wife and tell her daily and always beg for time to spend with her. Her conversations with whomever seems to be more important than our marriage. I want to save my marriage and am at a loss. What can I do?
