My question involves an eviction in the state of: CT

Hi I am a couple months behind on rent and my landlord is threatening to remove my things from the unit with or without help of police. Can he legaly do this? I need at least a few more weeks to find a new place. What exactly can he do? What are my rights? Dosn'nt he have to serve me with papers or something? Please Help?

    Can he legaly do this?
    Nope.

He needs to begin formal eviction proceedings.
