How to Get a Ticket Reduced After Causing a Single Vehicle Accident

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: PA

i was driving home from work in the coal mine on a saturday afternoon and fell asleep at the wheel, i drove head on into a tree. i talked to all the surrounding neighbors and gave them all my contact information. I then called a towing company and had my truck towed to my house, the officer came to my house and gave me a field test/breathalizer and asked a bunch of questions then left.. i got a careless driving fine in the mail and i believe its 3 points. think its worth going to court and trying to get it dropped to a disobedience to traffic controll devices??

(a) General rule.--Any person who drives a vehicle in careless disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of careless driving, a summary offense.

Falling asleep at the wheel and crashing into a tree would seem to fit the bill for this charge.

think its worth going to court and trying to get it dropped to a disobedience to traffic controll devices??
