Legal Fees for Social Security Disability Benefits

Quick question you guys. I received my packet today and it states that my lawyer is getting $5,222, which is 25% of my back pay. They sent me a fee schedule about two years ago that explicitly stated 12.5% if you only see a judge one time. I saw a judge only once. The only problem is, I lost this fee schedule paper. My lawyer is Binder + Binder. Does anyone have a fee schedule from this lawyer they can send me? Or am I SOL? What other course of action do I have?

It's a $2,600 mistake on my part if I dont figure this out.

Ask your law firm for a copy of the fee schedule you accepted when you retained them.
