My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Florida My Chapter 13 was discharged but creditor put judgement on my property. Whose responsibility is it to remove judgement?

Please do a better job of explaining the facts. You're talking about a judgment lien? Imposed when relative to the bankruptcy?
