International Student Marrying American Citizen

My question involves marriage law for the State of:
I am an international students. We are in love and want to get married as soon as we can.
1. Which steps do we need to do?
2. Which forms we or only me or only him need to fill out?
3. Does he need income to get married me? If so, how much does he need to qualify the requirement?
4. How long does the process take to me to get a green card?
5. Can I go back my country and come back here without problems after getting green card?

2. Which student visa are you on currently?
3. He needs income to sponsor you - unless he can find a joint sponsor. Are you both aware of the ramifications of sponsorship?
4. Anywhere from 3-12+ months depending on where you're located.
5. Yes - with limitations.

2) He needs to read this, then he needs to file forms I-130, I-485, and I-864.

3) Yup. That's what the I-864 is about - an affidavit of support. He will need to demonstrate that his income is more than 125% of the Federal poverty guidelines. For 2012, he needs to show that he makes more than $18,912 per year. If he does not make that much, there are alternatives, and they are explained in the instructions for the I-864.

4) About a year.

5) For short visits, yes. Keep in mind that trips longer than 6 months will disrupt the continuous residency requirement for naturalization. Trips lasting a year or more will require a re-entry permit.

You and your fiance should consult with a local immigration attorney to get all of your forms checked over before submitting them. If they are incorrect, they will be rejected and you'll have to file (and pay the fees!) all over again.

I'm F1 visa. Now I'm on summer break. Can I go back my country, renew the visa, then celebrate the wedding in my country? After that, We are going back The U.S and get married here than apply for green card. Is it ok?
My next semester starts in August 20th I think is there anyway I dont go to school at the time because I will be married?

Or, can I get married here, then apply for green card, then I go back my country to celebrate the wedding?
Both of our family is not in America.
