Wrong Court Date on Ticket
0My question involves criminal law for the state of: Puerto Rico
I got A court date Cause My License is Expire...But the Oficial Put the court date was On May 14 2010!
and We are In 2012..And he Put the Ticket was given May 9 2012... Can i do something about it?Like miss the case
cause is 2010?and not 2012...Help me here plz.

It's a handwriting error, and not enough to dismiss your case. Show up for court on Monday.
