My question involves civil rights in the State of: Indiana

Hey guys I need to file an as applied constitutional challenge for being officially labeled a "sexually violent predator", for a non-sexual criminal confinement conviction in 2008. I have my argument, but I just don't know the exact procedure. And where do I send the it? To the court house? Where do I look up the format? Has anyone done this so they can help me? I'm in St. Joseph County.

Same thing, different state, and similar circumstances. It's outrageous how they handled that case, read the dissent.
