Photo Ticket on Red Light (Turning Without Yielding) State of California

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: CA
I just got a photo ticket for infraction on a Red light and I am using a rental car and on International License.
It has a court date on 29th June 2012 and I am leaving the country in 2 days, moreover I wasn't even driving , my friend was but the car is rented in my name.

I called the Clerk's office and informed that I wasn't driving, he informed that you should mention the driver details and you are good but again the driver was visiting from the foreign country and was also on a international license and he is already back in the home country.

The Citation says that I should get a bail from the court on the said date.

Please advise what should I do as I don't want any record in my name.
