Cancellation of B-1 Visa

Need your help in understanding the cause and impact of my B1 visa cancellation.

I have more than 4 years of IT experience, and I have traveled to US four times (on B-1)few years back from my employer.
My first and second and third visit was for 3 months, and my last visit was for 6 months (I-94 was provided for 6 months). I stayed around 15 months in US with in two year.
Later i requested my employer to process H-1B. When i went to consulate for H-1B stamping, Visa Office particularly asking about my previous visits did not consider my H-1B. After i conformed that i visited four times and stayed whole visa duration every time, he cancelled my B1 visa. For H-1B he requested to submit additional documents for verification.

Would like to know how this cancellation of my B1 will impact my H-1B, If don't get H-1B how it will impact if I would apply any other visa.

How can i get to know B1 cancellation with prejudice and without prejudice.

It appears that the consular official had some concern about the types of business activities you participated in while on B-1 status. It is quite likely that your employer had you engaged in improper business activities if you were in the US for 15 months in a two year period.; if that is the case, it is your employer that is preventing you from obtaining H-1B stamping. You may have better luck with a different employer without the history of your current one. However, any improper work activities on your part are a potential issue; a guest worker is required to understand what he is legally permitted to do on any specific visa.

No one can predict the chances of any visa stamping. Obtaining another B-1/B-2 will be more difficult than your first stamping based on your history, but you are not likely banned.
