Assaulted and Drugged by Casino Security

I entered the main entrance of the casino and was approached by a suited security guard with a bad attitude whom requested my ID

I wasn't willing to do so. Being 34 and having played dozens of times before at the Rivers without being carded, I felt it was absurd to do so.

Do you think that the security officer approached you because of the way that you were acting?

Like most people I am right handed and at the time had a half cast on for a broken metacarpal. The cast made it difficult for me to retrieve my ID out of my wallet

But the cast didn't make it difficult for you to play poker?

I was placed in some sort of holding cell for 27 hrs. and then transported to a psych ward for three and a half weeks

Clearly you were not feeling well during the incident that got you into this trouble. Have you ever taken anti-psychotic mediations prior to this event? Are you taking them now? You don't take the average bear and place them in a psychotic ward for that long if they don't have a mental problem.

It took two weeks before my lawyer was permitted to talk to me

Have you talked to your lawyer why it took so long? Could it have been you weren't feeling well and wouldn't have understood legal questions and answers during the first 2 weeks of your confinement? Maybe you were able to talk to you your lawyer after 2 weeks because medication had helped you start to feel better so that you could comprehend legal questions and answers?

I hear a menacing and threatening voice from behind, "I thought I told you to not come back". It was the security guard that initially carded me. I made the decision to flee for the exit or at least go to where i had witnesses and felt more comfortable being confronted by security.

I hurriedly made my way down the escalator

I yelled as loud as I could "I'm innocent" and "let me go".

Doe's this sound like a man that is mentally stable to you?

I was completely sober and was not doing anything illegal

Were you mentally stable?

Obviously you've never heard of the volume-to-innocent holler ratio.

Some "innocent" folks are of the belief that the louder they yell "I'M INNOCENT!" the more convincing they seem to think they are.

I have done a lot of research on this subject.....as a matter of fact I had another 'test subject' yesterday. My hearing should return to normal soon after the "I DIDN'T STEAL ANNNNYYYYYTTTHHHHIIIINNNNGGGGG!" ceases ringing my ears.
