Driving Without Insurance and Background Checks

Hello guys, I have a question. I was recently found guilty for driving without financial responsibility. I will appeal that because I submitted the proof of insurance but somehow they seem to make a mistake. My question is will this show up in pre-screening background check if I cannot reverse the decision before they check it? I am not applying for driver positions, but this is still making me anxious. Thank you.

There is no way to tell if it will show up in background checks since all background checks are not created equal. What will show will depend entirely on how deep and thorough a check is made.

However, if you are not applying for driver positions, I would not expect this to be an issue for hiring purposes, even if it does show up.
