Criminal record after a case is dismissed

Here is my story: I was caught shoplifting back in June in Michigan. I pleaded guilty to a 3rd degree simple larcency but then I decided to hire a lawyer so he plead a motion to change plea. In the end, I am on a 12 months probation and my case will get dismissed. I didnt have to attend a class nor do I have any community service. My question is, when my case do get dismissed in a year from now? Would that show up on my background check? What exactly does it mean? Is there two record for the case and the arrest?? It is likely that your record would show the initial charge filed, the charge to which you entered your guilty plea, and the resolution of the charge.

but the judge accepted the motion to change plea...and we went to a pre trial after that. .. it still would show that i pleaded guilty??
