So ... the police responded to the scene, secured the premises, and found your illegal marijuana grow. You were found guilty of a marijuana grow and fined.

Did your attorney contest the search? If so, apparently it failed.

I strongly suspect that there is no true proof of wrongdoing in what "evidence" you have, but that doesn't mean you can't shop it around. Maybe talk to the ACLU. If there is a case that can be made, there will be attorneys lining up at your door. If it is a case that can be made as easily as you contend, it would be an easy payday ... which is why I think it is not nearly as compelling as you would like to think it is. Everything you claim to be damning can likely be explained without resorting to conspiracy theories.

Is not a conspiracy theory. like 5 days before trial the DA gave me this "Bombshell" with the edited 911 recording and edited logs, with a bogus officer report.

I had very little time to put together my presentation of showing the Jury the 911 call was edited.
I used FFT Noise signature analysis and the 911 recording and was able to pick out ALL the edits done by the 911 operator level and from the DA's level using Enhancing software, that can be used to make the recording more violent sounding.
(Compressor limiter / dynamic range expansion).

The 911 operator edits is so obvious.

I did not have enough time to debunk the logs for my trial.

Did not matter much when the Judge tells the Jury your a liar.

But my suspicion was correct from the beginning.
I KNEW she was involved. I nailed it right on the head.
Problem was too much fabricated other evidences, I was debunking.

Btw: the plants wher pea pods, Mint , and Cleome.

The officers did 3 Nik tests on three plants in the house, and claimed thier test was "broken"

At my arraingment I caught them trying to put 11 kilos ( someone elses evidence) on me, and would drop the charge if I gave them $180k in guns.

Not unless she is the system's administrator, with full system security permissions, she doesn't. And, if that IS her position, she would almost certainly have the knowledge and skill to create the "cover up" so that only a defense IT expert, with knowledge of the specific software LVMPD uses, could show evidence of the tampering.

I agree. I think the OP may have gotten high on his own supply one too many times.

I'm trying to figure out why so many people would risk their jobs, and likely their freedom, to get one over on the OP. So far he's implicated multiple police officers, paramedics, a nurse and a 911 dispatcher.

When I'm working 4 or 5 critical incidents at a time, entering notes into CAD, responding to radio traffic for between 3 and 6 counties of officers, notifying specialty units for callout, and simultaneously taking calls on an emergency line for people calling to ask where they go to pay their water bill, I'm always on the lookout to falsify information just to screw with some stranger. Yeah. Then when I'm bored, I try to remember to go back and put my job, insurance coverage, pension, and freedom at risk, just....because? Me thinks the paranoia has set in WAY deep.
